He specializes in regulatory strategies, clinical evaluation, and quality management systems in the field of medical devices and digital health technologies. He serves as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava for Industry Collaboration and also works at the Ministry of Health, where he focuses on innovative medical devices, artificial intelligence, and the European Health Data Space. In his professional practice, he combines the requirements of the MDR, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks with practical development, product market launch, and the implementation of innovations in healthcare.
