Mgr. Lenka Gírethová is a representative of patients with celiac disease and a nurse at the Martin University Hospital. She received her master's degree at the Faculty of Nursing and Social Work at the University of Trnava. Since she herself has celiac disease, she created her own brand Diaceli Dobroty Abracadabra, where she is dedicated to creating recipes and preparing bakery and confectionery products without gluten, milk, eggs, soy, or sesame, thus helping people with intolerances. She is a member of the organization of an international educational stay for the diacommunity. She is also the coordinator of international aid for children and adults with diabetes and celiac disease in Ukraine. She is the vice-president of the Celiac Martin Community Association and the organizer of educational seminars in the city of Martin. Volunteer activity in Slovak Scouting. Since September 1, 2023, he has been working as a mentor for the Safe food operation.
