Ing. Lenka Gabrhelová, PhD., works as the director of the Methodological and Legal Department of the Recovery Plan Section at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. Prior to that, she worked at the same ministry as the head of the International Resources Methodology Department in the Audit and Control Section. She has been working in public administration and in the field of financial resources from the European Union since 2005. She is a graduate of the Department of Public Economics and Administration at the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where she also completed a PhD. study in the field of sectoral and cross-sectional economics.
