Lada Jirkalová is the co-founder of ESD Self-Defense for All, an internationally certified Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD) instructor, and a medical student at Charles University's Second Faculty of Medicine. She specializes in education in violence prevention, conflict de-escalation, and building psychological resilience. She primarily works with healthcare professionals, young people, and seniors, emphasizing effective communication in crises and personal safety. She recently completed an expert workshop on Trauma & MCI with experts from the Rambam Health Care Campus in Israel, organized by the Motol University Hospital. Lada is also involved in developing the SAFE platform, which focuses on preventing client aggression and enhancing the safety of healthcare personnel.
