He has worked in the business continuity area since 2009 and 2015 as Head of Department. He considers his most important expertise and knowledge to be that he has gone through building BCM management for financial inclusion basically "from scratch," including all important implementations (organizational as well as technological type HA/DR) as well as practical application during crisis management especially in the last years (Covid, war in Ukraine and others).
