Jozef Snopko
Since his graduation from international relations and diplomacy he is managing strategic and development projects co-funded by international financial mechanisms in Slovakia and abroad. His expertise is management according to PRINCE2 and ITIL methodology. He is an author of various IT studies and business models, as well as co-author of publication of TOGAF architecture implementation into public administration. At present he is a CIO at Ministry of work, social affairs and family of Slovak Republic. During his time, Ministry has received several IT awards.

Electronic services of the Ministry of labour, social affairs and family SR
All main objectives of the project we reached.
- Establish safe and efficient electronic services for citizens in the agenda of social state benefits, social support and material need asistance.
- Allow automatization of administration activities of each organisation within the ministry and their mutual electronic communication.
- Consistently apply the principle "once is enough" within the ministry
For a very first time, the users feedback and statistics will be showed for all electronic services in the execution management section of social state benefits, social support and material need assistance.
