Jaroslava Demčáková
Leader at the intersection of project and product management with experience in IT, public policy, and healthcare. She specializes in managing complex technological projects with significant societal impact, combining strategic vision with the practical delivery of solutions. During her career, she has managed and successfully delivered several key national IT projects. Among the most significant is ePN – Electronic Sick Leave, which connected the systems of the National Health Information Center (NCZI), the Social Insurance Agency, and physicians, significantly simplifying healthcare administration. Another major initiative is the eDohody project, focused on the digitalization and simplification of the registration of agreements for the provision of healthcare services. She has also contributed to projects managing technological systems of the country’s critical infrastructure within the Integrated Rescue System (IZS), to interoperability projects aimed at data exchange between previously isolated systems in the transport sector, and to the digitalization of citizens’ life events through services such as the Birth Grant and Birth Notification. She loves mathematics.
