When he is managing central purchasing in multinational corporations (Slovak Telekom, Dell, Tatra banka), can also use consulting experience (Accenture) to their advantage. He managed strategic purchasing and operations for a wide portfolio of commodities, services and investments. He designed and implemented changes to the organization and processes of purchasing and logistics, including performance management tools. Implemented purchasing information systems, focusing on electronic tenders and auctions and automation of the entire procure-to-pay cycle. He currently works at MIRDI in the role of consultant for the procurement of IT services.
