She has over 4 years of experience in Clinical research within global pharmaceutical environments, supported by a solid scientific background and a growing focus on healthcare management and strategy. Shea freshly gaid the knowledge the MBA Healthcare from British Business School Prague. She held the position as a Clinical Research Associate where she was responsible for independent site management across multiple clinical trials in variety therapeutic areas. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in developing and leading educational projects activities for Healthcare Professionals and Biomedical Researchers as Project Manager. She hold a Master degree in Biochemistry from Comenius University in Bratislava. She is passionate about the future strategy of healthcare ecosystem and developing new partnerships to improve system efficiency for patients. She is currently working as Healthcare Policy Manager in NGO.
