Alex is a Founding Partner of Gluon Syndicate, a group of Slovak and Czech angel investors committed to supporting early-stage startups in Central and Eastern Europe. After 15 years of cofounding several startups and scale-ups in the region, Alex became a venture capital investor in 2024. He is now on the lookout for promising founders who need pre-seed investment to launch their businesses. Alex vigorously promotes that successful entrepreneurs—regardless of industry—can become angel investors, providing invaluable support to early-stage startups. Additionally, he co-founded the consultancy and acceleration boutique Disruptive Bros. He also serves as an ambassador for the Global Startup Awards in Slovakia and is a proud graduate of the Faculty of Management at Comenius University, where he actively fosters connections between academia and commercial practice.
