He serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT), where he leads a multidisciplinary healthcare data research group of more than twenty experts. The group focuses on evaluating innovative technologies and processes and their impact on healthcare systems, industry, and professional education, with a strong emphasis on translating academic knowledge into practical solutions with measurable impact. He is a member of the Advisory Board to the Czech Minister of Health and a regular member of key ministerial expert committees and working groups, contributing to the evaluation and implementation of healthcare innovations at the national level and collaborating with major healthcare institutions, including the Czech Health Insurance Bureau and the Scientific Board of AGEL Group, one of the largest healthcare providers in Central Europe. His career combines strong academic, international, and commercial experience; he spent more than a decade working in Germany at the Technical University of Munich and within international commercial research organizations, including leadership roles at the regional level in multinational companies.
