Aleš Fukal
Aleš Fukal is the director of the Digital Information Management division for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at Konica Minolta IT Solution, which focuses on helping companies transform digital and paperless communication. His specialty is document and process management systems, which he has been working on for more than 20 years, from professional to managerial positions. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where he studied artificial intelligence and computer-mediated spoken communication.

The digitalisation trend in paperless communication is on the threshold of a second phase. This is undoubtedly the integration of artificial intelligence elements into a higher level of efficient document management and document-related processes. It is a very effective tool where digitisation that has already been carried out can be further optimised. Also where searching for context in the content of documents means an inefficient time investment for the human mind, which the AI mind can handle in minimalistic times. However, this needs one thing, we need to teach human intelligence to work with artificial intelligence.
