Masterclasses will take place from December 9, 2025, at the Winter Riding Hall of Bratislava Castle and are a parallel part of the ITAPA AI 2025 program.

Designed primarily for high school students who are considering studying artificial intelligence, computer science, or related fields at STU.
Prerequisites: none. No need to know how to program or have a background in genetics - we will explain everything simply and clearly.
Artificial intelligence today is not just about robots and chatbots - it's also changing medicine and how we understand the human body. In our lab at Slovak University of Technology, we combine AI, genetics, and bioinformatics to be able to "read" the human genome - that's your own biological code.
In this masterclass, we'll show you how to turn a simple string of DNA letters into a 3D protein molecule that you can rotate, zoom in on, and explore on your computer. We'll talk about:
