At present time he acts as a consultant for solution concepts regarding IKT support for healthcare in eSO1 project (first phase of introduction of IKT to healthcare).

His professional career in IT started as a specialist for system integration in company Novitech a.s Košice where he worked till 1995 as a research and development director and technology director. Between 1996 and 2007 he was in charge of company FineSoft s.r.o in Košice and Prague and Budapest branches. The company’s focus is system integration of communication solutions in Unified messaging.

During his career he complemented his experiences and IT skills attending many IT internships and trainings abroad – Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, France, Morocco, Israel and United Kingdom. He published his Professional experiences and knowledge in almost 50 publications and is an author and co-author of more than 24 patents protected in Slovakia and abroad. He also frequently presents at conferences focuses at information Technologies in healthcare.

Besides eHealth solutions within European Ness group he actively participates in development of Ness competence center for healthcare with focus on integration of healthcare providers IS into central structures of National healthcare system and knowledge data structures for clinical and demographic data issues.
