Cloud services matured significantly in terms of security in the meantime and today their security attributes are fully comparable with traditional information systems. The best example is CIA using Amazon cloud services. Therefore, document Strategic Priority Government Cloud approved in March 2017 includes hybridisation of Gov. Cloud as one of key activities for achieving significant efficiency improvement of Gov. Cloud.
