Public administration ICT infrastructure is transformed into cloud services at all levels. It is a fundamental conceptual change in ICT administration. The goal of implementing the PaaS cloud services into government cloud is to enhance effectiveness of expected benefits. However, it is not only a technological challenge.

Richard Hollý
Richard Hollý is dedicated to Cloud Computing in Slovak public administration since 2010 and he is a founding member of “Cloud Computing in Slovak Public Administration” initiative found under the auspices of ITAS and Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. For several years already he is considerably active in various international and national projects. While working in the IT segment, he was actively participating in development of technologies and diverse projects.
