Václav Koudele
Ing. Vaclav Koudele work for Microsoft from 2012 as a Strategy Architect for Public Administration. Currently focused on cloud solutions and using of shared services in the public administration. He chaired ICT Union working group for Cloud Computing. From 2000 to 2012 he held the position of CIO for Pilsen Regional Authority Office. Before that, he held various positions in the public administration related to information technologies. He graduated from the High Industrial School of Electrical Engineering and them studied economy at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Czech Agricultural University.

State Treasury Center of Shared Service is state company which is established by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic for providing of ICT services. Mainly for area of Ministry of Finance, and in the future for other public administration authorities. SPCSS provides its services primarily through its data center. Due to greater flexibility and efficiency combines own datacenter with commercial cloud services Microsoft Azure. These are mainly services related to long-term storage, backup and TEST/DEV environment. The goal is improved efficiency and faster response to customer needs.
State Treasury Shared Service Center is also preparing additional services based on the principles of a hybrid cloud. On the same principles built and draft national cloud computing strategy, which is currently prepared by the Ministry of Interior.
