The information system for central register of bankrupts(IS RU) is central evidence system which integrates information about bankruptcies, debt relief and restructuring proceedings. IS RU will enable citizens to search the proceedings whether they are individuals or legal entities. Parties will have an opportunity to insight into the electronic file administrator. The part of the solution is the establishment of electronic submissions, for example. Bankruptcy declare proposal or application of claims. During the presentation will be outlined the sources of information on which IS RU is based as well as the final form of the public website.
