Nino Giguashvili

IDC Health Insights, Central and Eastern Europe, senior analyst
Nino Giguashvili brings more than ten years of policy, healthcare, and research experience to her role as an analyst at IDC. Examining the intersection of healthcare and information technology, she has conducted research on national health and social protection systems, cost-effective public health interventions, and the barriers to obtaining treatment. She has worked closely with the Georgian Ministry of Health, advising on policy, healthcare reform, and financial issues. She has also worked with a number of international agencies such as UNICEF, USAID, and Oxfam.

Ms. Giguashvili holds an MD from Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia, a Master's of Public Health from Hadassah University, Israel, and a Master's of Public Administration from the State University of New York - Albany, United States. She makes her home in the Czech Republic.
