ESO1 project under the new program, the implementation of eHealth
Electronic Health Services Project (eSO1) is the first major project under the eHealth implementation in Slovakia. After review of the program, the project was eSO1 aligned with new priorities and approaches within the program. The paper deals with a consortium approach to the implementation eSO1 methodology based on RUP and Prince 2, project status, its priorities, milestones, goals, attitudes and important contribution. These are the main challenges and risks for the project.
