Minerva 2.0 – Slovakia to the first league is a strategic document created by the Plenipotentiary for Knowledge Economy in Slovakia, in collaboration with the ministries of education and economy. The goal of this document is to kickstart Slovakia’s knowledge economy through a series of concrete measures. Thanks to previous structural reforms, Slovakia is one of the fastest growing countries in the European Union. Minerva 2.0 points out the limits of this growth and designs specific tools in the fields of innovation, education, and science that will push us to the first league and ensure not only long term competitiveness of the Slovak economy but also a high standard of living for all its inhabitants.
