Helga Kajanová
At present she works in eSO1 eHealth Program project team as a consultant interconnecting IT experts with healthcare providers.
Her career excellently combines long-term practice in healthcare and ITC industry. She holds attestation as inspection doctor from Slovak Healthcare University in Bratislava, has acquired international certificate of Principles of homeopathic therapy of I. and II. level at Institute for further Education of health sector employees, Bratislava. She has another attestation and practice from Hospital Ružinov, Bratislava in anaesteziology and resuscitation. She used all of these knowledge during ten years in APOLLO health insurance company solving international relations and insurance company integration, as well as development and implementation of insurance company IS. She worked as an inspection doctor in Dôvera health insurance company, developing methodology and later in Euromedix as a consultant for health insurance companies and work health service.
During her career she complemented her experiences attending internships and projects and published the results in health journals and also by speeches at healthcare seminaries and conferences.
In eHealth solutions of eSO1 project she transmits information and healthcare provision processes to analysts of project teams, consults prescriptions, processes with representatives of health corporative organizations and selected experts. She collaborated at implementation of eHealth NESS Competence Center and in development of concept of this issue in NESS structures.

First Step towards eHealth in Slovakia - Project eSO1 | Kongres ITAPA 2010: Tam, kde sa svety stretávajú
Part 1. The objective of the presentation is to explain the mission of eHealth in Slovakia in interpretation of project partnership team and state main requirements for the first state of eSO1. Presentation will give overview of goals and description of eSO1 project. The core of the presentation is description of eHealth high-level architecture, structure of eSO1 research team and especially benefits of eSO1 solutions for key stakeholders – citizens and healthcare experts. Part 2. Independent part of the presentation will demonstrate selected everyday case from healthcare provision the coverage of healthcare process IKT support and prototypes of user environment for citizens, as well as patients and doctors – healthcare providers.
