Development of eGovernment Legislation
Legislation is a key postulate for development of eGovernment environment. At present are however many solutions build more technically, without proper legislative provision and so in many cases their implementation is questionable. The presentation will identify most significant issues. We will focus on upcoming law on electronic public administration that solves many existing legislative problems and contains many proposals that are revolutionary in understanding of electronic communication and actions of public administration. It will also cover other approches that will be necessary after enactment of this law.
