Vysočina Region supports the development of ICT used for providing better public services for the long time. Since 2009 the eHealth is one of the regional top priorities, which is mentioned in the regional eHealth strategy approved by the regional assembly. First projects are connected with the strategy, for example electronic booking system for the patients of the regional hospitals or electronization, exchange and archiving of the medical documents and data within the regional healthcare system. We believe that these activities enable the region to provide the better service its citizens together with being able to manage whole heathcare system in the Vysocina Region in the more effective way.
