An electronic invoice is no longer a PDF document sent by email, but a structured data message designed for automated exchange between systems. But what will e-invoicing look like in day-to-day practice? This presentation will introduce SOFTIP’s Digital Postman – a solution for sending and receiving e-invoices via the Peppol network. We will demonstrate the possibilities for direct integration with ERP systems, but above all the web interface, where e-invoices can be easily created, checked and sent even without integration with an ERP system. The presentation will include a live demonstration of creating and sending an e-invoice in SOFTIP Digital Postman.
