He has been working as the director of the NCZI's product and services department since the beginning of 2025. He has more than 25 years of experience in project and product management and has been working in public administration since 2017. Previously, he worked at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Informatization (currently MIRRI), where, as Director of Project Management, he launched and implemented the oversi project as part of the 1x and enough anti-bureaucracy initiative. He then worked at the Ministry of the Interior and later at the Social Insurance Agency. At NCZI, he is responsible for proposals for new NCZI eHealth products and services, their analytical processing and deployment, and the continuous improvement of already deployed solutions.
