The shortage of human resources in healthcare is pushing hospitals to look for new ways to motivate staff. University Hospital Martin is tackling it through innovation: it has joined the European te Health project focused on artificial intelligence and robotics. The aim is to accelerate the introduction of useful technologies into practice while also attracting and retaining talent. Instead of relying solely on traditional HR policy tools, the hospital is betting on access to cutting-edge technologies and international collaboration. Participation in the project brings know-how in AI and robotics and speeds up the process of acquiring and validating medical tools.
