Slovakia is positioning itself as an active player in artificial intelligence: after successful negotiations, it will host the next ministerial summit of the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI). At the same time, it relies on the AI Slovakia platform, which connects the state, business, and academia in preparing rules and developing technologies. The message from the ITAPA conference was clear: collaboration and pace are key. Slovakia has long been developing international cooperation in AI and is active in GPAI, a partnership that brings together countries beyond the OECD. The forum also includes major players such as India and Japan, which lends greater weight to joint agreements and the exchange of experience. According to a presentation at ITAPA, Slovakia is earning respect in the international arena thanks to its sustained and visible participation.
