Today, generative AI helps with all these steps: it explains unclear terms from the documentation, suggests a project title, creates objectives and methodology, and handles tedious text fields such as “project risks” or “impact on gender equality.” It is also useful for analyzing background materials and quickly getting oriented in the topic when the user needs concise explanations and context.
