Introduction of a new e-service implemented upon an amendment of Act No. 215/1995 Coll. on Geodesy and Cartography as amended. The experience from one-year trial operation used mainly by geodesists for the works in the cadastre but which can be used also for specification of navigation by means of GNSS devices or precise monitoring of vehicles.

Since the graduation from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in 1980 he has been working in the Department of Geodesy and Cartography, in Units of Geodetic Control – from the Head of Surveying Group through Head of Departments of Level Control and Gravimetry to the function of the Head of Department. At task solving he asserts the application of new technologies right from the beginning including their implementation in technical regulations and in practise. He works in the Technical Committee 89 at the Slovak Institute of Technical Standardization.
