The modernization and development of the central public administration portal components in the context of citizen life situations represents a key step towards streamlining the operation of slovensko.sk and simplifying access to state services for citizens. Our goal is to present a plan for the digital transformation of public administration for selected central components of the Central Public Administration Portal (ÚPVS), thereby contributing to more efficient functioning of state institutions and increasing citizen satisfaction. Join us on this journey towards a more modern, accessible, and efficiently operated public administration through the modernization of the ÚPVS.
NASES presented what the Slovakia 3.0 initiative brings for more convenient contact between citizens and the state. The key is the modernization of the slovensko.sk portal, new central components and services that will simplify handling life events. The priority is clarity, a single place for official decisions, and better integration with user support. This year, NASES is wrapping up the modernization of the user interface of the Central Public Administration Portal slovensko.sk. Among the new features is a component for the delivery and management of official decisions, which will gather them in one place regardless of whether they arrived electronically or in paper form. A citizen will be able to securely share them with another citizen, an employer, a legal entity, or a public authority. In the spirit of customer orientation, the central contact center has also been modernized, and the state communication network that connects public authorities has been refurbished. A new life events guide will be added to the portal, advising step by step how to proceed. The state Messenger with a chatbot will also help with quick orientation, while seamlessly connecting the user to a contact center operator for more complex questions. A module for collecting and evaluating feedback is also being introduced so that services can be continuously improved.Portal modernization and support for citizens
