Lukáš Palaj

Lukáš Palaj graduated from the Brno University of Technology. He worked for nine years in a multinational company focused on development and research in the field of aerospace applications, where since 2017 he has focused on the use of artificial intelligence for diagnostics and forecasting of aircraft engines. He is also the author of two patents in this area. Since 2020, he has lead the Department of Digitization and Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Health.

Ivan Cimrák

Žilina University in Žilina
Ivan Cimrák is a researcher and university teacher at the University of Žilina. He worked as a postdoc at Ghent University in Belgium and at St.Poelten University of Applied Sciences in Austria. He was the holder of an individual Marie-Curie EU grant as well as a successful applicant for several national grants. He is engaged in applied mathematics and informatics in the field of modeling the separation of circulating cancer cells and artificial intelligence in biomedicine.
