Slovakia consistently lags behind in international DESI comparisons. We tried to invest large funds. It didn't help. Management has been centralized, but we still don't see any dramatic shift. The level of project control has increased, but we are still in a bad position in the ranking of international indexes. Why? What are we doing wrong? We want to be successful! We have a right to it!
