Support for building sufficient computing capacity allows a significant strengthening of innovation potential in a given country, not only in the field of science, research and education, but also in the commercial segment, and brings more effective ways of their mutual establishment and cooperation. However, the supercomputer as such is only a tool, the goal is to build the surrounding supporting ecosystem, especially to develop human resources, their knowledge and skills.
