Deployment of lab.online as a tool for patient management in laboratory examinations for self-payers
In 2020, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Unilabs Slovensko (Alpha medical) launched the lab.online portal, which enabled (among other things) ordering for testing for PCR tests for self-payers and safe delivery of results in digital form. Why lab.online is not a regular e-shop and what all happens in the background of a patient order.
