How to ensure the availability of applications for the digital state
The digital state architecture cannot do without tools for controlling the delivery and availability of applications to citizens, monitoring the user experience and protecting them from attacks causing unavailability of services and compromising infrastructure. In a short presentation, we will present 4 basic technological approaches that need to be considered when creating an architecture and should be part of the conceptual digitization of the state.

Roman Čupka has been working in the field of information technology, information and cyber security for more than 15 years. He currently holds the position of Chief Consultant at Flowmon, which has been part of the international company Progress since November 1, 2021. He brings companies and public administration organizations modern solutions for building monitoring of IT infrastructure with regard to compliance with legislative requirements. In recent years, he has been working on technologies that use artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation methods to ensure the availability and quality of services, business processes and IT security operations.
