At the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation of the Slovak Republic, he is responsible for regional development and EU funds. He is a political scientist specialising in local government. In the past, he was a spokesman and secretary of the Council of Experts of the Association of Towns and Municipalities of Slovakia.
