  • Legal Act as a Basis of Information Society   |   Kongres ITAPA 2009: Art of eServices
A presentation shifts focus of a legal act as a basic element of public administration.  Interested persons would get knowledge from an independent law-informatic speaker who is both informatician and lawyer. The content and architecture of developing eGovernment on a legal act, as a base, opens space up for a rise in a new dualism of state operating, administrative law making, automatized public administration and a movement of state evolving into a real informed society. eGovernment with a permanent living legal evolution. This presentation shows the practical realization project LEGUS (law information system), which is based on a reflected principle.  It is time to start collecting map of legal acts, their relations and connections in The Slovak legal (mainly in public-administration law) system.
