    Today, one of the important competition advantages is to acquire and transform key information in effective way. For this purpose a number of ICT tools were developed, which, used properly, enable to use this advantages for your own benefits. Regions competing with conditions for living of their citizens, using natural wealth and endorsing social activities, might multiply their potential by using new technologies. We in the Region of Vysočina are convinced that high quality information infrastructure, providing transparent services and a large scale of international, national and regional cooperation create a worth place to live and it is a interesting example for other European regions.
