8:45 - 9:00 MIRDI Priorities in the Field of Digitization (hall LONDON I+II)

The Ministry of Investment, Regional Development, and Informatization of the Slovak Republic is currently implementing several initiatives that determine the direction of the country's digital transformation. Priorities include the digitization of key life situations for citizens, the preparation of a new National Concept for Public Administration Informatization (NKIVS) by 2030, and the implementation of European legislation, including the Data Management Act and the Data Act, which are expected to have a significant impact on the use of data in the public sector.

9:00 - 9:20 The Impact of AI on Business and Everyday Life (hall LONDON I+II)
The gap between "AI-first" companies and others is beginning to widen – companies that integrate artificial intelligence into their operations from the ground up are gaining an increasing advantage. At the same time, AI enables even small businesses to do things that were once the preserve of large corporations – from automation to advanced analytics. It is thus becoming a key tool in the fight against competition and in expanding into new markets. In the coming months, artificial intelligence will become increasingly prevalent in everyday life through personal assistants, fundamentally changing the way we work, communicate, and manage our time.

9:20 - 9:30 Vibe Coding (hall LONDON I+II)
Today, artificial intelligence can transform a sentence in natural language into a functional solution or application. One of these trends is known as Vibe Coding, which opens the door to digital creation even for people who have never studied computer science. It sounds tempting—but what happens if we leave everything to AI? We offer a perspective on how to use AI more meaningfully—not as a replacement, but as a partner in the process of designing and creating digital solutions. This way, AI saves time without taking away human control over the quality and viability of the final product.

9:30 - 10:10 What is the Future of the IT Business in Slovakia? (hall LONDON I+II)

Slovakia has tens of thousands of IT professionals, but is still waiting for its global leader. How will the advent of artificial intelligence, talent shortages, and increasing regulatory pressures impact the Slovak IT industry? Can the state be the engine of the digital economy, or will it continue to be a hindrance? A discussion between successful women from leading IT companies and institutions will provide direct answers to where the Slovak IT sector has its limitations and where, conversely, it has the most significant opportunities for growth.

11:05 - 11:30 EU Digital Wallet (hall LONDON I+II)
The EU Digital Wallet is a new European Union project that aims to enable citizens to securely store and use digital documents—such as ID cards, driver's licenses, diplomas, and health records—directly on their mobile phones. The aim is to enable people to easily prove their identity or sign documents online throughout the EU without the need for physical documents. The project was created based on the eIDAS 2.0 regulation, which the EU adopted in 2024, and its development involves cooperation among member states, technology companies, and European institutions. Pilot tests are underway in several countries, including Slovakia, in 2025, with implementation expected in the coming years.

The masterclass will focus on highlighting the advantages and limitations of using local AI models, for example, for vibecoding. An alternative will be presented as running AI directly on a computer, with the key compromise being between model size and available video memory. Practical demonstrations will show how to communicate with AI models on standard hardware using a model communication mediation tool. The demonstrations will include chatting with a document, generating image content, and using AI as an assistant for developers in a code editor. The possibilities of local communication with AI on a laptop and on a specialized AI workstation will be compared. The masterclass will emphasize how the right choice and placement of an AI model affect performance, costs, and data control.
