The digital revolution fundamentally changes the functioning of economies, the labor market and society as a whole. The European Union's response to these developments is the establishment of a Single Digital Market, which aims to move the EU among leaders in the data economy. Can the V4 region also respond to these trends and bring its own new technologies and innovative business models to place, or we will lagging behind? Let's look at the digital perspective V4 in the context. Outstanding leaders will answer the following questions:

- how do you perceive the V4 position in the digital age?
- What do you feel optimistic about?
- What do you feel pessimistic about?
- Is cooperation in the V4 region still meaningful?
- What should governments do?
- What kind of problem would you like to solve with digital technologies in the future?

Adoption of Cloud in Public Administration Information Systems has been already widely accepted principle. The USA accepted strategy of Government IS reform on Cloud bases in 2010 and today they have close to 70% of Gov. IS in Cloud. EC approved Cloud adoption strategy in 2012 and incorporated it to Digital Single Market strategy. Slovak Government accepted Government Cloud (GC) adoption strategy in 2014 and finally incorporated it to National PA IS Conception approved in Sept 2016 which was further elaborated in Strategic Priority document Government Cloud accepted in March 2017. Currently, 1.phase of  GC IaaS has been developed and first wave of Gov. Cloud IS are in operational status. Currently Action Plan of PA IS development until 2020 has been in the process of approval. It also defines milestones of GC adoption with the objective to develop all new PA IS in Gov. Cloud and migrate majority of legacy IS to it. This represents a lot of work in relatively short timeframe.
Session will be focused on selected problems of Government Cloud adoption. How to do it?
