Andrej Aleksiev has been the director of Check Point Software Technologies in Slovakia for the past three years. After graduating from a high school in Italy he obtained a doctoral degree in Russia and later returned home to Slovakia, where he has been working with information technology for over 13 years. He is married and has 2 children. He devotes himself to ethical hacking and applying of the latest technology in the fight against cyber attacks. As a philanthropist, he also supports activities outside his profession, such as erecting the bronze statue of Bratislava's great-grandmother W. Kempelen in Bratislava.
